Payment & Delivery Terms

  • Payments are processed by Stripe or PayPal.
    • For your security, we do not process any payments on our website.
  • All items on ImpressResume.com are digital and do not require shipping. Files will be delivered electronically within minutes of your order. A link for your download will be sent to the email address you have associated with your account/order. You’ll need to be logged in to download your files.
    • If downloads do not become available immediately after purchase contact our customer service.
  • A purchase and payment of the full service or product price is required before delivery of your Product or Services.
  • Please be aware, however, that after downloading the file(s) you have purchased one time our obligation to you under the terms of sale is fulfilled and the courtesy of additional downloads is not a guarantee.
  • Everyone who lives in European Union country will have to pay VAT (Value-added tax) determined by the country that you live in.
  • You can only use one discount code per order / person. Discount codes can only be applied on regular priced products unless mentioned otherwise. Discounts cannot be claimed afterward.

Refund Policy
Since ImpressResume.com is offering non-tangible irrevocable goods we do not issue refunds once the order is complete.
